Orders

Please use our website to order. If you have any questions or bespoke requests email deliveries@anyasway.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

When finishing online order, please double check if you have provided the correct contact details.

Please note that we confirm your order before dispatch and if there are any products unavailable we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Payments

Our website provides customers with the option to pay for services via credit or debit cards. If you prefer to pay by invoice please connect us establish an invoicing account.

It's important to note that payment is due within 30 days of service delivery.

Confirmation & Deliveries

To ensure accuracy, we will send an order confirmation via email before delivering the food.

Our objective is to deliver your food 30 minutes before the requested time. Our food can remain unrefrigerated for up to two hours.

While we make every effort to ensure punctual deliveries, unanticipated events such as traffic or weather conditions may occur, leading to unavoidable delays. Please note that Anya's Way cannot be held accountable for any late deliveries resulting from such events.

Compliments, comments and complaints

We love getting positive feedback - so if you have any comments (or issues) with your order please let us know.

For any serious problems we recommend that you take a photo of the products as this will prove helpful for potential investigations.

Cancellation & Refunds

Customers have the option to cancel orders upto 24 hours in advance, except for specific products that we have purchased specifically for you. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours the full charges will apply.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to seven business days.

Food safety & Allergies

We are committed to maintaining strict compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing food safety.

If you have any food allergies, kindly inform us before placing your order.

It's crucial to acknowledge that we cannot guarantee our products to be entirely free of allergens. Since our products are prepared and packaged in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens, cross-contamination is a possibility that cannot be entirely eliminated.
