I love to cook for myself and my family – be it Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, British or Ukrainian (my native land). As a family we always want something different, fresh, tasty, filling and relatively healthy.
We are so lucky living in Britain and particularly London with its diverse cultures that brings with it so many different cuisines and inspirations. What excuse is there not to try different food week after week.
